Terms of Participation

Terms of Participation in LiveWeb Language Training

Registration, participation agreement: Early registration is recommended. To register, please use the online registration form (www.mondiale-toptraining.de). By sending the online registration form, you are making a firm registration which will become legally binding from the date the registration has been confirmed by us.

Booking of language lessons: To book your language lessons, please use the online planner (www.mondiale-toptraining.de). Dates booked online are regarded as a binding booking. All booked language lessons must be paid for before the start of the lessons.

Intensity of language lessons: A booked language lesson consists of a minimum of 1 x 45 minutes (1 unit). The intensity and duration of the language training programme will be agreed upon registration. The agreed intensity and duration must be adhered to. It is not possible to shorten the agreed duration of the language training programme. In case of a language training programme where the intensity and duration have not been agreed, there is no guarantee of booking the desired time slot.

Payment: The entire number of individual or group language lessons booked must be paid before the start of the first language lesson. If requested, an invoice covering all language lessons may be issued. This invoice must be paid by bank transfer in due time. Very intensive language training programmes may be paid in installments, provided this has been agreed with STUDIO MONDIALE.

Course extension: After the initial agreement, it is possible to request a course extension at any time. The mode of payment will be maintained. In case of irregularities, the school reserves the right to terminate the agreement prematurely.

Termination: As a general rule, the agreement may be terminated before the start of the booked language course upon payment of a lump sum termination fee. In case of termination, this lump sum termination fee will be as follows:

  • if terminated up to 6 weeks before the start of the course: course may be cancelled, changed or rescheduled free of charge
  • 6 to 4 weeks before the start of the course: 10 % cancellation or processing fee (of the respective total course fee)
  • 4 to 2 weeks before the start of the course: 30 % cancellation or processing fee
  • 2 to 1 week before the start of the course: 50 % cancellation or processing fee
  • if terminated within the last 6 days before the start of the course, the total course fee will be charged.

Cancellation / rescheduling: During ongoing courses, individual or group language lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled. However, STUDIO MONDIALE must be informed about such cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours before the agreed time slot, at the latest. All lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours before the agreed time slot will be charged in full. Lessons booked for Saturdays and Mondays are an exception. For these lessons, notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be received by STUDIO MONDIALE by 4:00 pm on the preceding Thursday (Saturday lessons) or 4:00 pm on the preceding Friday (Monday lessons). An already rescheduled lesson, i.e. a lesson that has already been agreed for another time slot, may not be rescheduled again and will be forfeited. Intensive training programmes may not be rescheduled or cancelled after the start of the course.

The participants‘ data will be stored for internal administrative purposes (notification according to § 18HDSG).
